2025 FALL TACKLE FOOTBALL REGISTRATION OPENS 3/1
FEE - $150.00 - 1st-7th Grades - You must register at the above link. Includes Building Champions Camp - Camp is put on by our High School Staff. Registration/Camp Fee does not include uniform/equipment.
Items required to be rostered onto a team:
Registration Fee Paid- $150 - Includes Camp (We do have fundraising opportunities listed on our Facebook monthly)
Documents: Need to be emailed with Student Name/Grade to uyfa.documents@gmail.com. IF NO PLAYER NAME/GRADE IS LISTED THEN IT WILL NOT BE APPLIED. Please email our Secretary with any questions involving acceptable documents at uyfa.secretary@gmail.com.
Birth Certificate (COPY) **You do not need if you are a Returning Player
Physical - Dated no earlier than 3/1/2025

Proof of Residency/ Enrollment - the following are acceptable proofs:
Utility bill in your name showing that you live in the Union School District
Proof of enrollment in Union Public Schools for the 2025 school year
Union Employees living outside of the district will need to provide a copy of their employee ID
NEW Uniforms for 2025 - More Information To Come - there is a separate fee for Uniforms
Player Equipment - UYFA does not supply equipment for players. This is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to make sure your player is equipped with the required pieces of equipment BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE - Helmet - shoulder pads - cleats - mouthpiece - Practice Jersey/Pants/Socks (equipment can be purchased at Scheels, Dicks Sporting Goods, or Academy)
Helmets 1st - 7th grade - HELMET UPDATE FOR 2025 - DETAILS WILL BE OUT 3/9
